Each resort is independently owned and operated. Enquiries are handled by a Seasonal Cottages For Sale team member based at the resort you ask about. New cottages at the Bloom resorts are built by General Coach and Northlander Industries. New cottage prices exclude HST, decking and steps, and a deposit of 20% is required for financing. Site fees and resort fees are charged separately and vary by resort. Financing on new and pre-loved cottages is available from 6.99% OAC. Rental of cottages is permitted at Vine Ridge Resort only; the Bloom resorts are owner use. Sunday Place is a land lease community: you own the home and lease the land it stands on. Sunday Place prices shown have the enhanced Ontario HST rebate applied, at $15,000 on the classic homes and $20,000 on the signature homes, subject to individual eligibility; prices before the rebate are stated alongside. The $299,900 price on the Napanee is a current offer, is time limited and may be withdrawn; the standard price is $339,900. Land lease rates start from $550 a month and vary by lot.
