There is a boat launch, a dock and a fish cleaning station, and a shallow swim area for children. It is one of the best freshwater fisheries in the province. Walleye, pike and bass, and sheltered water rather than open lake, which matters if you are taking a small boat out with the grandchildren aboard. It is also the least expensive site fee of the eight resorts we represent, starting at $4,305. If the budget is the thing that decides it, this is where to start looking. Prince Edward County is within the hour, so if the County is the draw but you would rather be on fishing water than in the middle of the wineries, this sits neatly between the two.
