There are two pools, which is unusual. A heated saltwater pool for the adults and for the cooler ends of the season, and a 4,000 square foot fun pool that the children tend to claim from the moment it opens. Add the sports court, beach volleyball, the beach soccer court, horseshoes and the Kidz Klub programme, and most families find they do not leave the gate for days at a time. When they do, the location does the rest. The American border is five minutes away, Niagara Falls twenty, Toronto around ninety. Vine Ridge works differently to the Bloom resorts. It charges a resort management fee rather than a site fee, and that fee covers the utilities most resorts meter separately. ### Annual resort fee $8,695 plus HST, rising to $11,295 for premium and larger lots - Hydro included, nothing metered - Water and septic included - Grounds and grass maintenance - Garbage and recycling collection - On site management and reception - Use of all resort amenities Fee increases are capped at 3 to 5 per cent a year.
