Helping families discover Ontario's leading cottage resorts, without the cost and upkeep of a traditional cottage. Ownership from $64,900.
Most families who look at a traditional cottage stop at the same two things: the price, and the work. Seasonal cottage ownership removes both.
Your grass is cut, the maintenance is handled, and the bills arrive as one annual fee. You turn up and the weekend is yours. We help you find the right resort, the right budget, the right cottage and the right lot, across eight resorts in Ontario.
Every family we help works through the same four decisions. They fit together, and there is no right order to take them in.
Is this the right resort? Travel time, amenities, and the kind of community your family will actually enjoy.
Purchase price, deposit, annual site fees and financing. Are they comfortable and justifiable?

From Niagara wine country to Muskoka, Prince Edward County and the Bay of Quinte. Wherever you are in southern Ontario, one of them is closer than you think.

Travel time matters more than most families expect. A resort you can reach in ninety minutes gets used most weekends. One that takes four hours gets used twice a summer.

Vine Ridge ResortPlenty of our owners first came because a friend or a neighbour told them to. Here they are in their own words.
Our previous neighbours, who are more like family, had bought before us and convinced us to come see for ourselves. In the past three years we've made so many precious memories.
This is our eighth season here. A swimmable lake and beaches gives our kids and grandchildren somewhere to play, and we enjoy the friendships we have made.
No longer our three season getaway, but our three season home. You cannot help but feel at home once you drive through the gates.
