The lounge sits at the front.
The Fonthill is 504 square feet, thirty seven more than the Ferrensby, and exactly the same price. The difference worth paying attention to is not the floor area. It is where the living space sits.
Putting the lounge at the front puts your seating where the view is, and puts the bedrooms behind it, away from the deck and whoever is sitting on it.
On a waterfront lot or a well treed one, that single decision changes how the cottage feels more than the extra square footage does.
A deposit of 20% is required for financing. Payment figures are based on $189,900 plus HST, less a deposit of $42,900, over a twenty year term at 6.99% OAC. They exclude decking and steps, which are quoted separately and will increase the amount financed. Shorter terms are available and reduce the total interest paid. Figures are illustrative and depend on approved credit, deposit and term.

The Fonthill is available at every Bloom resort. What changes between them is the setting and the site fee.
