At 966 square feet the Cedarwood is the largest of the three classic homes, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on one level.
It is the last step before the price jumps to the signature homes, which are double wides. If you want the most space you can get without crossing that line, this is it.
Worth comparing side by side with the Glenora on a visit. The square footage is not the whole story, because a double wide spreads sideways rather than lengthways and the rooms feel different as a result. The gap narrows once the larger $20,000 signature rebate is taken into account.
Utilities, home insurance and contents sit outside the land lease, as with any house. Rates and terms are subject to change.
Every price has the HST rebate applied — $15,000 on the classic homes, $20,000 on the signature homes.
