The Glenora is the first of the three signature homes and the entry point to the double wides. At 1,144 square feet it is close to two hundred more than the largest classic.
The width is what you feel rather than the square footage. Rooms sit side by side instead of in a line, the living space opens out rather than running away from you, and furniture stops being a puzzle.
It is also the least expensive way into the signature range, and the signature homes carry the larger $20,000 rebate rather than the $15,000 on the classics, so the real gap is smaller than the list prices suggest.
Utilities, home insurance and contents sit outside the land lease, as with any house. Rates and terms are subject to change.
Every price has the HST rebate applied — $15,000 on the classic homes, $20,000 on the signature homes.
