A second bathroom, for five thousand more.

The Rosewood is barely bigger than the Napanee, at 957 square feet against 935. What it adds is the second bathroom, and for most people that is the whole decision.

It matters more than the twenty two square feet. Guests get their own, the primary bedroom is not sharing with the rest of the house, and mornings stop being negotiated. It is the cheapest way into a two bathroom home here.

Worth knowing that the Napanee is on a current offer at $299,900, so the gap between the two is wider at the moment than the list prices suggest.
